Step 1 of 3: Shadowmatch set-up phase

  1. The time for this section largely depends on the size of the organization

  1. Set-up training for all that will work on the System.

  2. Monitor training progress and ensure completion.

  3. Conduct a question and answer session with all trained users.

  4. Create all the department files.

  5. Create user names and passwords for all users – ensure that correct access levels are provided.

  6. Ensure employer to pre-inform employees of the project and the purpose.

  7. Identify top performers.

  8. Send codes to top performers.

  9. Send codes to the rest of all employees.

  10. Tract progress and give feedback to management

Step 2 of 3: Shadowmatch benchmark phase

  1. The time for this section largely depends on the size of the organization

  1. Benchmark clean-up for every department.

  2. Conduct a department profile and team feedback to every manager/ team leader.

  3. Explain PDP’s to management and get their buy-in to proceed.

  4. Make sure all functionalities have been demonstrated to everyone with system access - especially the Multimatch,

  5. Relationship Reports and the Team Functionality.

  6. Explain and demonstrate the following to senior management: Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Talent Management.

Step 3 of 3: Roll-out phase

  1. The time for this section largely depends on the size of the organization

  1. Discuss the PDP roll-out with management.

  2. Discuss the identification and appointment of mentors with management.

  3. Discuss PDP recommendations for employees with managers/ team leaders.

  4. Decide on implementation.

  5. Conduct mentorship training.

  6. Activate and implement .

  7. Ensure that the Shadowmatch custodian is now fully capable of managing all aspects of the system.

  8. Request a competency certificate from The Shadowmatch office and do a hand-over.

  9. Visit the client every second week for at least three months.

  10. Visit the client minimum once a month on an ongoing basis.
