Step 1 of 4: Who's the members?

"No one man can, for any considerable time, wear one face to himself, and another to the multitude, without finally getting bewildered as to which is the true one". - Nathaniel Hawthorne

Value proposition:

Before understanding team members the individual needs to understand him/her self. Fully understanding yourself is complex and has many fascists'. In this section we highlight the understanding of personal habits by using the Shadowmatch personal report. The reason we concentrate on only the personal habits of the person is because habits is what makes us do what we do every day in a certain way. This means that the individual team member would understand why he/she does things in a certain way and would be able to predict how he/she would react in future. This empowers the individual to identify areas where he/she would like to develop in person.

Please visit Shadowmatch for more information on the Shadowmatch value proposition.

Step 2 of 4: Team analysis

"The strength of the team is each individual members. The strength of each member is the team". - Phil Jackson

Value proposition:

After the Shadowmatch personal report the members of the team would have a better understanding of how habits plays a major roll in their daily lives, this is then the corner stone to understanding how the combined habits of the members (lets call it the culture of the team) influences how the team reacts to daily work life. As with all teams sub groups form, this Shadowmatch team functionality not only identifies these groups but explains how these sub groups makes the team stronger.

This information empowers team leaders and team members to optimally develop the team and share and delegate tasks.

Please visit Shadowmatch for more information on the Shadowmatch value proposition.

Step 3 of 4: Team optimization

"Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." --Andrew Carnegie

Value proposition:

Without goals to measure against and what the target is, decision making could sometimes be a shot in the dark and hope to hit the target.

This session aims to help the team better understand the gaps formed between necessary tasks in their daily work life and the "culture" of the current team set-up. This exercise empowers the team and its leader to identify the gaps in the team and take decisive action to fill the gaps. Filling the gaps could be as simple as reallocating tasks, developing team members or as complex as team member addition, and this session would help them take these decisions.

Please visit Shadowmatch for more information on the Shadowmatch value proposition.

Step 4 of 4: Plan forward

“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” – Abraham Lincoln

Value proposition:

Sometimes catching the bus is only half the answer, adding this action to a purposed destination is the full answer, also - a purposed destination without means will bring you nowhere.

The means offered by YOUR STORY is:

Life coaching services, and

Organization coaching services.
